From the Birthplace of Australian Whisky, all the way from Tasmania, we are excited to Welcome Bogan Road Distillery & Tasmanian Whisky Selectors to this year’s Distillers Dinner.

Nestled in the pristine wilderness of Quamby Brook, Bogan Road Distillery is a testament to Tasmania’s rich whisky heritage.  With a commitment to artisanal craftsmanship, locally sourced ingredients, and traditional distilling methods, this boutique distillery produces exceptional single malts that embody the purity and complexity of the island’s terroir.

Whether savoured neat or as part of an exclusive tasting experience, Bogan Road Distillery’s whisky is a distinguished expression of Tasmania’s finest spirit-making traditions

You will be greeted at the Door with a standard London Dry Gin & Tonic, a recipe from Bogan Road Distillers as you are taken on a culinary journey via a 3 Course Meal curated by Dani Wallace & the team from Modern Foodie in Narromine.

Paired with the Meal will be a selection of Whiskies & Spirits from both Bogan Road Distillery & Tasmanian Whisky Selectors as Karin and Shane Spencer share their journey, an indepth discussion on each featured spirit & finishing with an intimate Q & A.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase Bottles from the Distiller on the evening of their featured products and hear more about their spirits on offer.
