Step into a 1920s-style wine bar, a nostalgic journey to the days of prohibition America. Upon entering, the ambiance transports you to a forgotten era. Choose your preferred setting – perch at the bar, gather at high tables, lounge in low banquette and coffee table seating, or opt for an intimate booth.

For an exclusive experience, discover the hidden Whisky Room concealed behind a bookcase. This room, named after its extensive collection of rare and exclusive whiskies, also features Bottle Lockers.

Here, patrons can purchase their favorite spirit bottle from Eau-de-Vie and securely store it for future visits, adding a personal touch to their next encounter with this time-traveling establishment.

Pivot 4: The Establishment

Hidden behind The Establishment’s unassuming entrance, we’re taking over the speakeasy for a night of deep house, lounge, and jazz house.

Setting the atmosphere we welcome our newest DJ, raachi, playing back to back with xuaxace. ciccia will then bring in some jazz infusions, and back by popular demand is Doc Confucius with his live production house set. Dai-J, and Superfly guide us through the late hours.
